In the rule Prophecy, change “A Fate may be either Fire, Water, Earth or Conflict:” to “A Fate may be either Fire, Water, Earth, Conflict, Sea Monsters, Famine, Market Crash or Atheism:”

Add the following to the list of Fates in the same rule:

* The effect of Sea Monsters on a Districts is that the Foreign power whose Embassy is situated in that District at the time that the Prophecy is enacted is omitted when Embassies are redistributed during this Auguring action, and that Embassy of this District is instead set to Uninhabited.
* The effect of Famine on a District is that each Atlantean who owns a Farm in that District loses 2 Livestock, to a minimum of zero.
* The effect of Market Crash on a District is that each Atlantean who owns a Shop in that District loses 4 Money, to a minimum of zero.
*The effect of Atheism on a District is that each Atlantean who owns a Temple in that District loses 3 Piety, to a minimum of zero.

If the text “Each foreign power has an Embassy in each of the Districts other than the Palace” appears in the ruleset, change the “has” in that sentence to “can have”, and add to the end of that sentence “; Embassies can also be Uninhabited”.

If the text “Guardians may not create Embassies” appears in the ruleset, add the following to the end of it “; however, Embassies may be Uninhabited.”

If Proposal: Foreign Soil was enacted, change the effect of Sea Monsters to read as follows:

* The effect of Sea Monsters on a Districts is that the Embassy that is situated in that District has its ownership set to Uninhabited after Embassies are redistributed during this Auguring action.
