Add a new dynastic rule, called Trade Routes:

Atlantis maintains trade agreements with six foreign powers. Each foreign power has an Embassy in each of the Districts other than the Palace. The Embassy in each District is publicly tracked.

The foreign powers are: Mycenae, Sardinia, Crete, Troy, Alexandria and Heliopolis.

Add the following as a new step in the Auguring atomic action, immediately before “Adding themselves to the end of the Path”:

Secretly randomly assigning the Embassy in each District other than the Palace such that each foreign power has an Embassy in one District.

Randomly assign the Embassies in each District such that each foreign power has an Embassy in one District.
