posting game start time schedules in advance is both more work for Kevan, and doesn’t really solve the problem problems. Knowing he’s starting games at 7 AM PT isn’t gonna make me wake up at 7 AM.

Ultimately, making pegs a “this is how you win” mechanic, and having the main way of making pegs be through gambling means that success in the dynasty comes down to being active enough to watch and follow all the games so you can place optimal bets on them. And I don’t think that is very fun or productive gameplay. I’d rather just let the winner be the person who wins the championship matches.

and no, it doesn’t erase that proposal. just the bits of it that modify the atomic action at the end because none of the other steps matter if we decide we don’t want to use pegs
