In “Cases”, replace “Complaints are Personal Injury, Defamation, Negligence, Malpractice and Unpaid Debt.” with:-
Complaints are Personal Injury, Defamation, Negligence, Malpractice, Probate and Unpaid Debt.
After the fifth bullet in the list for creating a Case, add:-
If the Case’s Accusation is Probate and one or both Parties are a Business, change the Accusation to Unpaid Debt.
After the fifth bullet in the list for closing a Case, add:-
If the Case’s Accusation is Probate, change the Fine to $250,000 and remove “Probate” from the list of possible Complaints in this rule
A callback to “the sizeable fortune of the deceased” of the ascension address: one family member will inherit the Chamberlain fortune, in a single high-stakes case.
