In the rule “The Twelve Arcs”, replace “can be Broken or Restored” with:-
can be Broken, Focused or Restored
In “Restoration of the Hours”, replace “The player marks the Hour of that dynasty as Restored” with:-
The Player marks the Hour of that dynasty as Focused
Then add to that rule:-
If an Hour is Focused and all Predecessors described in its Moment are Vouched For, then any Player may change that Hour from Focused to Restored. (A Predecessor is any human who has ever played BlogNomic. A Predecessor is Vouched For if they are a Player, or if they have posted a public message anywhere on the internet during the current dynasty which contains the word “BlogNomic”.)
Change all Restored Hours to be Focused.
“posted a public message anywhere on the internet “, how are we verifying that said person is one in the same? Mind that The Internet is vastly larger than the Web and “posting” has both colloquial (e.g., forums) and technical (HTTP method) usage.
I’m more interested in participation than strictness. We can CFJ the edge cases.

This could make it very hard to restore some dynasties, unless every Moment is about Kevan ;).
