Under the “Symptoms” section from “Diseases” change “Visible. If a Villager would gain this Symptom while at Home, or on a day other than Friday, they instead do not gain this Symptom.” to

Visible. A Villager can only gain this symptom if the time is between the hours of 20:00 and 5:00 UTC. A Villager who has the symptoms Back Hair and Headache and have the disease Lycanthropy automatically gains this symptom if the time is between the hours of 20:00 and 5:00 UTC. If the time is between 5:01 to 19:59 UTC, a Villager with this symptom automatically loses Wolf Form.

I hope it’s not too restricting or complicated. Maybe selecting certain days of the week would be better.

against A player “automatically” gaining some GNDT-visible stat doesn’t really work - what happens if the only people who know it should happen are offline at the time that it happens?

Only developing the symptom between 20:00 and 5:00 UTC also means that a player with Lycanthropy will probably never gain Wolf Form, as I only tend to be online and process Doctor’s Rounds during the day. Even if I was sometimes processing Rounds at night, though, this would make Wolf Forms the whim of the Doctor, which doesn’t seem very interesting for the other players.
