Increase the IEs of all CICs who have voted FOR this proposal by 5.
Decrease the IEs of all other CICs by 5.
interesting situation. If everyone votes in favor, relative values stay somewhat the same, however newly joined people are at more of a disadvantage.
Players who are offline over the weekend are also disadvantaged. Would support a proposal to undo these IE changes if it enacts before everyone can vote.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
