Proposal: Derisive Politics and Hardware

Create a new Rule “Politics” that reads:

Whenever a non-Evil proposal passes, the Overlord’s Influence of the Continent the proposer is currently located at is increased by 2.
If that Continent has the lowest Influence or is tied for the lowest amongst all continents, the proposer gets 1 Free Plane Ticket.

Add to rule “Doomsday Device”:

If a Henchman has 25 INT or more, he may add 2 parts to the device per week, instead of just one.

It is time, my evil brethen to begin taking the world piece by piece, least we fail on our rightfull duty of world domination!

against Wait, what, admin have to check two extra things and update one wiki page and/or one GNDT variable every time a vanilla proposal passes?  The small numbers don’t really seem worth the queue-slowing effort.
