If Proposal: Inching Closer To A Victory Condition was not enacted then this proposal does nothing.
In the rule Open House, after the bullet point that starts “The Realtor conducting this Open House may (but does not have to) select a single Offer to accept”, add the following as a new bullet point:
* If an Offer was accepted, then the Realtor holding the Open House adjusts their RP as follows: If the Offer was greater than the amount of Bucks the Realtor spent at Auction to become the Property’s Seller then they gain the difference between the two figures in RP; otherwise they gain 1 RP, unless the Offer was three or more Bucks less than the amount of Bucks the Realtor spent at Auction to become the Property’s Seller, in which case they lose 1 RP.
In the rule Realtor Points, change “which defaults to 0” to “which can be negative and defaults to 0”.

When you say “If the Offer was greater than the amount of Bucks the Realtor spent at Auction to become the Property’s Seller then they gain the difference between the two figures in RP” I think you should replace it with If the Offer was greater than the amount of Bucks the Realtor spent at Auction to become the Property’s Seller then they gain the difference between the two figures plus one in RP.
