All of which begs the questions - do we want to allow this sort of behaviour.  Perhaps all pending proposals of idled Travellers should be considered SK’d.  If there are general approving noises, I’ll propose.

Their vote doesn’t count.. makes it hard to get random stuff enacted.

And I don’t mind this sort of thing, really.
