Add a new Dynastic Rule, entitled “Cheap tricks” to the Ruleset with the following text:
No Musician may post a comment to the GNDT containing any of the following strings: “DlCE”, “D1CE”, “D|CE”, “FRUlT”, “FRU1T”, “FRU|T”
If anyone were currently to use one of those strings in an attempt to pass it off as the use of Rule X, we would probably say that e didn’t really use Rule X, since e didn’t make the required DICE/FRUIT roll. What does the proposed rule add to that? “No Musician may…” it says. So if someone were to use one of those strings as part using Rule X, your proposed rule would… tell us that e didn’t really use Rule X, since e used an illegal string.

Anyone who tries using these strings to pull the wool over our eyes deserves to be disciplined after the fact.
If I were to post a comment (under the pending Buckybot rule) that said “Buckybot: D1CE7:1 DlCE8:3”
Then post:
“Buckybot says… 
This does not affect my plans”
It would override MY last vote, but probably keep anyone else from using Buckybot.
and, as I mentioned, you would deserve to be CfJ’d for unsporting conduct…. So DONT DO THAT!
Saying “no musician may” doesn’t actually do anything to stop the fake-vote trick. It just says that the comment was illegal (and should be ignored) rather than meaningless (and should be ignored).
We could just alter the GNDT to filter such terms, without requiring a proposal.
