If the Proposal titled “Secret Passages” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Increase all Monks’ Knowledge, except for Bucky’s, by 50.
If more than half of all comments containing counted FOR votes also contain the text “We can conspire”, then decrease all Monks’ Knowledge, except for Bucky’s, by 45.
We can conspire. This string only increases everyone’s knowledge by 5.

I assumed that you already know all the passages, so this covers everyone else.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
