To “The Night”, add a subrule of “Day Clauses”:-
If a paragraph or bullet point in the dynastic ruleset starts with the characters “(Today Only:)”, then that paragraph or bullet point is known as a Today Clause and applies as normal.
If a paragraph or bullet point in the dynastic ruleset starts with the characters “(From Tomorrow:)”, then that paragraph or bullet point is known as a Tomorrow Clause and is flavour text.
Add a bullet point before “Tally up” in the Night action:-
* Update clauses: Remove all Today Clauses from the ruleset. Remove “(From Tomorrow:)” from the start of all Tomorrow Clauses.
In the “Tally up” step, replace “listing all Menus” with “listing all Menus (as they were at the start of this Night)”.
Keywords for having proposed changes only take effect from the next Night.
In practice the game structure already handles this - if a proposal’s outcome would affect your menu (eg. a proposed tax whenever anyone sells a beef dish) you can blank your menu and resubmit one after voting closes. But we can head off the need to do that, in cases where the rule change can comfortably wait until the next Night.
Also tacking on a quick fix for Mise en Place putting the menu reveal after the menu blanking.
