Amend the Victorious Return rule from:
If the lifeboat is Ashore, and a single Survivor (the “Spokespersonâ€) has a higher Score than each other Survivor, then the Spokesperson may declare Victory.
to:
If the lifeboat is Ashore, and a single Survivor (the “Spokespersonâ€) has a higher Score than each other Survivor, then the Spokesperson achieves Victory.
Crossing proposals meant that this one had no effect.
Maybe it’s time for a rule that allows any admin to move something that looks a lot like a proposal into the proposal category? It’s always sad when someone forgets.
Is this environment scriptable? Could add a little script that looks for things that appear to be proposals and asks the poster if they’re sure.
Otherwise such a rule seems like a reasonable bodge.
Not sure about scripting it. There might be some mileage in having a custom “make a new proposal link” (tantalisingly, it’s possible to set a title in the link), but I can’t find the field required to set the category in the link. Or any useful documentation. I’ll keep digging, though.
