In rule 2.8 “Combat”, after

Whenever a @ causes another @ to die, they may select an item from that @‘s Inventory (before it’s cleared) and add it to theirs.

Instead of doing so, they may Find Treasure.

To mitigate the problem mentioned in Purplebeard’s proposal. Some deathdrop is better than no deathdrop, after all, even if you have to take it at random.
