Add to the list of spells the following:
[FNVW] Summon Sloth: If there have been no new proposals in the last 72 hours and you are the Tesser with the most Power, you achieve victory.
[FNVW] Summon Envy: If there is a Tesser with at least 15 more Power than you, Gain 15 Power.
Anti-boring dynasty (if it ever happens, which I doubt, but doesn’t hurt to have it) and a blue shell mechanic.
I think these price is very steep for the Envy one. Spend 4 shards each of a different kind, so you’d have to trade for them, which cost at least 12 power to gain power, netting you 3 power but losing the possibly rare shards.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Summon Sloth needs an exemption for Hiatuses. For example, declarations of victory and Christmas.
