Proposal: Swimming In The Bear Pool

Add the following subrule “Bears” called “Taxes and Exchanges”

As a weekly action, the Den Mother may Collect Taxes by taking one Honey from each other Bear who has a positive amount of Honey

At any time, a non-eliminated Bear may transfer a positive integer amount of Honey to any other Bear, unless they already used this action to give the same Bear Honey within the last hour.

Dear bears tell no tales, but they still have to pay taxes

It allows pooling of honey, which will make challenges to the den mother’s throne much easier. in exchange, the den mother gets a small reward for their services.

other bears of the den, I hope you take note of Raven’s insubordination. Loyal Bears are Good Bears and Good Bears are rewarded.

Emperors who are not enlightened in the way of the bear do not need to worry about what goes on in the den

Yes, young Raven, I do realize there are other ways for you to collect honey. This is why you should have no problem paying a small amount of your earnings to your den mother. But do you really expect your den mother to put their own self in danger in order to get honey? Honestly, after all they have done for you I would think you would be a bit more grateful.
