Add a new dynastic rule, called Atlantean Langauge:

In this dynasty, Proposals by Memories of Atlantis face the following limitation:

*They may add a maximum of 200 words of English language text to the dynastic ruleset

Dynastic rules may contain either (or a mix of) English language text or Atlantean text. Atlantean text is a pictographic language that is found on Atlantean Scraps; where an Atlantean Scrap would be part of a rule then that Scrap must be embedded into the ruleset.

An Atlantean Scrap must be a static, single-frame PNG, JPEG or GIF image, in black and white only, and may not be interpreted or considered to contain any additional meaning or information beyond that visually represented in it.

All Atlantean Scraps recovered so far, and the meanings of any pieces of Atlantean text, are publicly tracked.
