However, I think you should reword

which is barely readable, and add “either” or something somewhere, to prevent the Watcher from Watching both an Institution and a Player.

In addition, I think this would be more useful if the Net was to inform the Watcher as fast as directions come along. That is, before the end of the cycle, so that the Watcher can adjust their bid using the information.
Though that might create timing issues (in particular, it makes it better to send directions at the last moment, which rewards people who can be there at the last moment)

If anyone influenced this I feel that every player would wait until the last few minutes of the cycle to make their bid, not giving spc enough time to relay the info and not giving the watched enough time to use the info.

Assuming I worded it right, this isn’t “See what other people are influencing in the current cycle so you can change your commands accordingly” its “See what other people influenced in the last cycle for informational purposes”

It’s not unclear, it explicitly says “upon resolution of the cycle”.

I like the idea - I don’t think it should have 2 Power, as that seems like a bit too much of the reward along with the Watchtower power - but we can see how it goes.

The information this provides isn’t really that valuable, since it is not hard to deduce where resources are going based on who influenced what and how many credits they ended up with, but it is a nice perk and adds another source of Power.

@Josh: You’re right, I must have missed that.

But there are other ambiguities; “the Net should inform the Watcher by private message a list of all Players who Directed Resources at that Institution and how many of each they directed by each of them” does not specify if this means during the whole game, during the previous cycle, during this cycle, during the last 10 minutes - the most clear meaning would be the whole game.

So it needs patching. It’ll come into play unpowered, it’s not like we’re short o time to tinker with wording issues.

@Josh its only one institution or player. Originally I was going to make it “You get to see everything” but it was a pain to word that right so I nerfed it and felt like two power was a fair comp.
