===The Magical Lamp===

*’‘'Protocol:’‘’ A Researcher must pick this artefact up if it is incapacitated and they are in the same location as it.
*’‘'Effect:’‘’ This Artefact is alive. This Artefact may roam to Esoteric places and the Institute in addition to Public places. When this artefact roams, a random damage token is removed from it and roams one additional time. This artefact can only roam a maximum of 2 times per week. When this Artefact roams, a random Artefact that is in an unknown location is set to this Artefact’s location. If the previously unknown artefact is alive, it gains 1 Reality damage.

When this proposal is enacted, replace RAND and RAND2 with two different random locations other than The Containment facility.
