I’m not against changing the baseline RP for a sale, but I do still think it should be better to sell at a profit or break even than to sell at a loss. “More bucks for buyers” is currently likely to pass and make that viable for everyone.

I still think there needs to be less of gain, just not 0 like it was before. Maybe 5,4,3 or something like that?

Why would you ever get rewarded for selling at a loss? I just don’t understand that; at that point you might as well just skip the auction game as it’s always just going to be who can do the last comment for 12 hours. Bidding high has to come with a risk, otherwise the whole auction conceit is just pointless!

Hmm… What about something like if a realtor sells a house at a loss of 3 or more they’re RP stays the same, otherwise they gain 1 RP?

Oh, I suppose I have to re-CoV - as much as I enjoy the idea of chiiika losing her property for a change that gets immediately reverted, the 6 hour gap between this and Bapzap passing means that Raven could technically overtake me, and it’s probably silly to showboat.
