Make the following changes throughout the ruleset:
* change the term “Pilot” to “Emperor”.
* change the term “Poindexter” to “Player”.
Remove the second bullet point from the Appendix rule Spelling.
Change the gamestate to what it would have been if these changes had been made immediately after the enactment of the “Terms of Reference” CfJ.
Is this really needed? There is long standing precedent that old missed stuff eventually just dies to statue of limitations. Feel like we can just keep that precedent. I mean if you want to be really pedantic, and argue the “Terms of Reference” CfJ was invalid, wouldn’t that mean that it had no enactment and thus the “Change the gamestate to what it would have been” phrase doesn’t actually fix anything?
It wasn’t completely invalid; it would’ve enacted and made a few changes, but not nearly as many as it attempted.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
