Is such a thing even possible? The rules don’t say anywhere you can change your vote. If you can convince me it’s possible, I’ll change my opinion on the Keelhaulin’.

There’s nothing in the rule that specifically bans changing your mind.

See the current call for judgement on Mutinies. The punishment rule uses the same language, so you may end up supporting and opposing the punishment at the same time.
