Add the following to the end of the rule called Realtor Points:
If it is on or after Sunday November 14th 2021 and a single Realtor has the most RP then no dynastic actions may be taken and that Realtor has achieved victory.
Two weeks is not an ungenerous amount of time to change that; unless you want the dynasty to be open-ended then at some point you have to focus your mind around a finish point.

The game has to end sometime. Yes, I have a good position right now, but it’s not a big stretch to change the rules around RP our selling properties or anything else.
We have the core rules for the dynasty in place; what else are we waiting for?
Yeah, I guess you are right. I do sort of want this dynasty to end because I don’t want to come into a game with all these rules that I have to learn while voting on new ones.
(Which I already did. What I’m saying is that I want to see one from the start.)
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I will note that Josh is the only one who can make any RP (once “...skates” passes) and that he can make up to 15-6=9 RP from that single Open House.
