In the rule “Employee”, replace “Each Innie has a Stress” with “Each Innie has a publicly-tracked Stress”, and replace “Each Innie has a Work Ethic” with “Each Innie has a publicly-tracked Work Ethic”.
In the same rule, if the text “Each Innie also has a Evaluation Point, which defaults to 0.” exists, replace it with “Each Innie also has a publicly-tracked Evaluation Point, which is a number that defaults to 0.”

The mean Work Ethic of all Innies in a Department is called the Departmental Effort.
If an Innie has a higher Work Ethic than their Department’s Departmental Effort, they are considered a Star Employee. If an Innie has a lower Work Ethic than their Department’s Departmental Effort, they are considered a Slacker.
The Department with the highest Departmental Effort is the Flourishing Department. The Department with the lowest Departmental Effort is the Struggling Department.

Fixing all of the missing tracking thus far, and reversing the Star and Slacker calculations based on Discord discussion. That should leave us with the best of both worlds of the original calculations plus the addition of Projects.

Departmental Effort has been reomved and it is needed for project calculation in Projects that Have No Purpose. “As a communal Daily action, increment each Project assigned to a Department by their Departmental Effort divided by the number of projects that are assigned to them.”
