Create a subrule of Departments called Lexical Adjustment:
As a daily action, the Board should set a new Word of the Day, which may be any English word of three or more syllables. The current Word of the Day is publicly tracked, and defaults to Abacus.
As a daily action, an Innie in the department of Lexical Adjustment may decrease the quota of their department by 1 so long as they have used the Word of the Day correctly in an Official Post, or as a comment of an Official Post, within the last hour. To have used it correctly, it must be part of a valid sentence and must not simply a sentence commenting on the word itself (e.g. a comment of “Abacus has 6 letters” would not be valid), though it is not required to fit in the context of the other sentences of the post or comment.
Lawnomos: he/him
I think this is pretty easy to get - Just post a report with the word in it. Perhaps you want to remove reports from consideration.
