Add a new Rule, named Metabalancing with the following text:
For any Department who is not Temporal Assurance, if they fulfill any Quotas they instead fulfill double the amount of Quotas.
Intending this to be a short term balancing effort against Temporal Assurance, as SingularByte saying that it is our duty to fix up our Quota-making.
The time limit would be when the majority feels like repealing it.
in favour of proposals like Power Up Research which directly improve the departments that are falling behind. Having a clause sitting at the bottom of the ruleset affecting 2/3 of quota changes will be harder to follow than just a direct change to the appropriate rules.
Heavily dislike this, but I’ll bend to the group’s intentions.
I know this vote is technically counter to my best in-game wishes but TBH I prefer advocating for a fun game first and trying to win second
