Proposal: All Work, No Play

In the rule “Performance Cycles”, if there is the text “When one or more Departments’ Quota has been 0 for at least 24 hours, the current Performance Cycle ends.” replace it with:

When one or more Departments’ Quota reaches 0, the current Performance Cycle ends.

Within the rule “Performance Cycles”, after the step known as “Improvement Needed”, if there is no step starting with “Personal Improvement Plan” insert the following step:

Personal Improvement Plan: For each Innie with one or more Reprimands, increase the Stress of that Innie by their number of Reprimands.

In the rule “Performance Cycles”, replace the Quota Evaluation step with:

Quota Evaluation: For each Department, determine whether it has Met or Failed its Quota for this Performance Cycle. Where a department has a Project with its Progress equal to or greater than a goal, then for each such project, that department’s quota is considered to be one lower than its current value (to a minumum of 0).

This is intended to be a proposal competing against Gift Basket. Rather than having people wait 24 hours, this one simply treats the projects pending completion as if they were actually completed. It retains the reprimands change so that if this passes, it doesn’t matter whether Gift Basked passed or failed.

As a note for when this is enacted, I am willingly refusing any bounties that would result from this.

against because they may gain quota from their minigame during the 24h period.

@Lawnomos Proposals can be edited within 30 minutes of being posted, so long as no votes have been cast on them. Proposals that have been up for less than 30 minutes will be green in the sidebar, and will have a warning right by the voting bar to let you know that the edit period is still open. As such, it’s recommended to not vote on a proposal until it’s been up for more than 30 minutes, so that the poster can edit it if any mistakes are spotted.

There’s a few timing issues in this Dynasty right now, and I think having the 24 hour waiting period helps mitigate that somewhat, so other Departments can catch up to any timing issues if need be.

Yeah, I know that, I used it myself. I don’t know what I was thinking there… I don’t remember seeing the warning.
