Rather than obviously trying to punish one player, when the proposal that tried to do this in a subtler way has received 2 votes wth comments such as:
“I know this vote is technically counter to my best in-game wishes but TBH I prefer advocating for a fun game”
“This feels a bit too BAMPAM”
Rather, you could take some basic steps to actually assist the Redacted Department’s Success.
1) Increase your Work Ethic
2) Repropose Power Up Research so it can be passed and help your team
In fact, both together can get you outperforming our team - your reproposal will get you a Finger trap, which you can use to set your Work Ethic to 4 - being a 1-person team, you will have Departmental Effort of 4.
I accept that some people will need to be moved between teams, and I would accept a proposal that randomly picks someone from Temporal Assurance to move over, but I can’t have you blatantly target SingularByte, so

Redacted is the weakest team, that much is clear. It’s got the lowest player count after Chiiika’s idling, and if my Lexical Adjustment proposal passes, it’ll have the weakest minigame. In contrast, my position is probably the strongest in the game. I’ve got 1 stress, a decent shot at another stress reduction, 5 eval points, and a minigame which just gives quota away.

The only team currently competing is Lexical Adjustments which has corned the stress reduction market, even if their minigame isn’t as strong. Lexical Adjustment does have the player numbers to compete, but seemingly not the will.

Some balancing has to happen here, there’s no avoiding that, and of my current team members, I’m probably the one in the best position to make something of it.
