Add the following Perk to the list of Perks:
Churro Party
Description: The Innie who is granted a Churro Party is show to a private room with a plate full of churros to eat without interruption.
Effect: The Innie who holds this Perk may, at any time, choose to reduce their Stress by 1 and increase their maximum Work Ethic by 1. When this effect is used, the Perk is removed from that Innie.

This isn’t in the proposal category, and it’s almost an orphan variable. You’ll probably need some way to track how much extra work ethic people can get, so they don’t have to trawl through the wiki page history.
