Proposal: I don’t think they exist

For each Innie who is assigned to the Redacted Department, randomly select one of the other Departments, and reassign that Innie from the Redacted Department to the Department so selected.

for  though it would have been logical to exclude Temporal Assurance as a possible recipient. Having half the players in one department might break something.

I’d rather see a direct assignment than a random one, per SB’s comment that Temporal Assurance doesn’t need another member.
