Add the following text after the paragraph that starts with “As a weekly action” in the rule “Departments”

Once per Performance Cycle, an Innie may take a virtual private action to request reassignment to a Department of their choice. Upon receiving such a request, the Board may privately issue a Directive to that Innie specifying how they must vote, or change their vote, on a pending Proposal provided that the Proposal only changes rules within the Dynastic ruleset and that it does not contain any additional tags (not limited to but including Core, Building Blocks, or Appendix).

If that Innie’s vote matches the Directive at the time that Proposal has Failed or Enacted then the Board shall perform a Reassignment Action to move that Innie to their requested Department. If the Board does so then they perform a transfer instead of a swap. The Board must make a Story Post titled “Reassignment Notice: [Innie Name]”, where Innie Name is the name of the Innie and must list their new Department assignment.


If that Innie’s vote does not match the Directive at the time that Proposal has Failed or Enacted then the Board may issue a Reprimand to that Innie.
