Proposal: Death is an illusion

Add the following text to the rule “Clones”, if it exists.

For purposes of the ruleset, the verbs “to die”, “to be executed” and “to be terminated” are synonyms.  The valid Clone-Numbers are hexadecimal numbers from 1 to F (i.e., sixteen values), plus zero and -1.  Due to an undocumented feature that must have been introduced by a dangerous subversive, if a Citizen’s Clone-Number is F and there occurs any action or event that would cause the Citizen’s Clone-Number to be incremented by 1, that Citizen’s Clone-Number instead becomes -1.

Although, at 7 and above, something should happen, as 6 is the number of clones that can reliably be created without genetic drift.

Resetting after 16 works well though, because by that time, you are going to want a template cleaning.
