Add a new subrule to “Workplace Code of Conduct” called “The Board Has Mercy”, with this text:
A Innie may, as a Weekly Action, reduce their Reprimands by 1, roll a DICE3, and increase their Stress by 1 unless the result was 1.
A Human recently made a decision which was badly thought out. He made a descision and then punished another Human for having made a comment that just happened to line up against that precious descision, even though the comment was made well before that descision. Meanwhile, the same human refused to punish another for a crime he made. As anybody can tell, these decisions were unfair, and also decreased conflict between other humans by scaring them from resisting. By the way, this story told here is not about Blognomic, it’s about a obscure event that happened, and I’m just mentioning it here because some of you might be interested.
But anyway, about the proposal, with everyone except the winning department getting Reprimands due to Performance Cycles, we need a way to reduce reprimands and this happens to be that.

The Board votes
Workplace fairness is a pillar of productivity, and we commend the Innie Lawnomos for speaking up.
We are, however, intrigued by this tale of injustice. If any Innie wishes to identify the Human responsible for such grievous missteps, they are encouraged to File a Report. Transparency is key to a thriving workplace.
The Board is, as always, listening. And fair. Very fair. And Merciful. Glory to the Board.
Carry on.
