Story Post: Report: Josh

Josh has refused to increase his Work Ethic and help his Department over 12 times when he was doing Blognomic. He has also voted for a proposal that incentivized sabotaging your department so you could be transferred out of it.
The Workplace Code gives clear guidelines that “Innies should not take any action to harm their own department”. In this case, the “actions” in particular were “making a choice not to increase their Work Ethic, even when it could have singlehandedly improved their Department’s Departmental Effort”.
Furthermore, he has proposed to directly punish another player and his department (while these do not break the Workplace Code). I believe he should be warned and reprimanded, which is why I am submitting this report. I await the Board’s Decision.

Not taking an action is the opposite of taking an action. Increasing my work ethic would have had no impact in the absence of a task for Redacted to do.

I interpret my vote differently from how you interpret my vote.

Attempting to recruit the best worker in the organisation to Redacted can hardly be taken as an action against Redacted; framing it as a ‘punishment’ for SingularByte is something that will, I assure you, come up again should you ever find yourself in this great Department.

The Board gives us purpose, which gives our lives meaning. We are not to question the Board. Josh’s vote on that proposal was the same as the Board’s. By stating the Josh’s vote is deserving of reprimand, you are implying that the Board’s vote is deserving of reprimand. The Board is perfect and makes no errors. Lawnomos, why are you questioning the Board?

against The Board rules that no Workplace Code infraction has taken place. Glory to the Board. Honor to the Innie DoomedIdeas for praise to the Board.
