Proposal: Trading Tickets

If the proposal “Plane Tickets” failed, this proposal does nothing. Append the following sentences to the end of subrule “Plane Tickets”:

Any tourist may give any other tourist their Plane Ticket by changing their own Plane Ticket to No, and changing the recipient’s Plane Ticket to Yes. This action may only be taken if the Tourist doing the giving has their Plane Ticket set to Yes and the recipient’s plane ticket is No.

against I don’t see why anyone would want to give someone their plane ticket, and we can’t trade anything else for one.
